Purchase Orders

We gladly accept Purchase Orders (POs) for our Phonics Program and other literacy resources, with a minimum order value of $100. If your order is less than $100, we kindly ask that you use a school-issued credit card or a personal payment method, if your school has approved the expense and reimbursement.

Purchasing Process

1. Request a Quote

We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. The provided quote will include:

Total cost
Vendor contact information
Form W-9, if requested

2. Submit Purchase Order

If you decide to purchase, prepare your Purchase Order based on our provided quote, and email it to [email protected]. If you're ordering digital materials, include with the Purchase Order a school district-related email address where the materials can be delivered.

3. Confirmation & Delivery

Upon receipt of your Purchase Order, we’ll confirm the details with the school and process the order. We will then ship the materials and/or provide digital access as soon as possible, typically within 1-5 business days for digital products and 6-10 days for print products.
